We all do a lot of work making collections available, promoting them, developing activities, events, campaigns and competitions to get more people interested, enthused and passionate about cultural heritage. But how do we know we're really making a difference?
We need a way of measuring our impact - the change that has occurred in (or for) a stakeholder as a result of our activities.
We are developing a shared understanding and standard for undertaking impact assessment within the cultural heritage sector. Our toolkit will help professionals use a common standard, a guide to through the process of designing, assessing and narrating the impact of our activities.
